Tuffman mini sorting systems start with 11 ga. steel that is precision cut and bent using high definition plasma tables and CNC controlled presses. From there, we assemble each machine using the latest in fastening technology, eliminating welding and allowing easy replacement and repair of all parts of the machine.
Finally, we have upgraded all the drive components on the systems. From the wash down stainless motors to the latest in control technology, Tuffman uses components that will maximize your uptime and sorting system performance.
